1. How would you promote your brand to someone who’s unsure about your business? “As a licensed esthetician my focus is making my clients happy with every service. I provide services such as makeup, waxing and facials.”
2. How do you manage to stand out in your industry?
“I manage to stand out by consistently posting my before and after work, posting my client reviews and results, and keeping a positive attitude in person and through social media.”
3. What skills are crucial when starting in this industry?
“Delicacy, patience and kindness are the three main skills to have in the esthetician industry because you must remain gentle and understanding with your clients in order to keep them pleased.”
4. How has social media helped your business?
“Without social media my business would not be where it is today. It has allowed me gain access to people all over the world from searching the shop I work in online to hashtagging my location and services.”
5. How do you plan on growing this year?
“I plan on growing by posting everyday, running specials every month and improving my work.”
