FMR asks that you share, support, & shop with this amazing business! Here’s a feature you’re sure to enjoy!

1. What’s the message you want your brand to send?

My brand sends a message of support and empowerment. No matter how big or small one’s business is, you will always need someone to be in your corner. There are many businesses of different levels out here and sometimes I feel as if higher scaled businesses forget that they once had a beginning. Although their goal is to increase the mindsets of budding entrepreneurs, they still don’t make it attainable with ease.”

2. How can potential customers trust you ?

I believe in being transparent and honest in my business. In fact, that’s how one should be in general. Integrity is highly important for me, and it is the foundation of the culture for my business. I also show myself as an expert in business discussions which wins over someone who needs more nudging. I also customize the price of my services to the potential client’s budget. I believe in working with my clients if it is reasonable for the both of us. For this reason, I don’t post pricing.”

3. What’s your pitch to uncertain customers or clients?

My pitch is primarily through conversation. I like to talk about what the uncertain customer has going on. I ask about their challenges and what problems they need a solution for. Based on the conversation, I usually have enough information to provide on the spot ideas to their solutions. Whether they become my customer or not, I want them to experience my insight, wisdom, and knowledge. I also show a form of empathy because I’m here to help and I show that I care.”

4. How has social media changed your business?

Social media, especially since the start of the pandemic, has made it easier to network and connect with people nationwide and even globally.”

5. What’s your opinion on an aspect of business most entrepreneurs wouldn’t agree with?

I believe most entrepreneurs will not agree that scaling for growth doesn’t just mean financially. Many businesses will focus on scaling for growth as revenue based only. The increase in your numbers. But, the revenue is only the positive result of the growth. True scaling for growth is everything that makes the business grow from the customers to the employees down to the systems and procedures including technological advancements. The lack in these areas can cause the downward spiral of a company. Every aspect of the business is important. Corporations that have been in business for years understand the value of all departments. The small business owner hasn’t gotten to the place of that type of understanding.”
