1. How did you get started?
"I was 20 working my first corporate job, the youngest in my department. I’ve been doing my makeup for years at this point but me and a coworker of mine would plan our days to come to work with our makeup BEAT! One day she asked me why I wasn’t accepting clients, and it went from there."
2. Where do you find inspiration for your ideas?
"Most of my ideas come from personal encounters and I even get inspired by others I see on social media. I follow a lot of dope business owners, so I’m easily motivated. It’s all about making it your own though, and giving credit where it’s due."
3. What apps make bring your own boss a lot easier?
"Instagram & PicsArt most definitely play a huge part in all of my businesses. I have my hands in a little bit of everything so it’s no limit to what I’m using or how I’m using it."
4. How do you give your clients an experience versus just a service?
"Customer Service. It’s as easy as greeting with a smile. I try to make all of my clients & customers feel appreciated and cared for individually. I keep mess and negativity away from my spirits, and away from my business. The way you handle your clients is everything so you just want to make sure they know that you’re doing something you enjoy and look forward to servicing them to the best of your ability at all times."
5. What would you say is a makeup look that fits your personality?
"This question is very amusing to me because I’m a makeup artist but I hardly ever do my own makeup. However when I do… I’m definitely a Smokey eye kind of girl!"
